The new Offroad site provides the visitor with fully featured blast of adrenaline. Hooks ups with their social media feeds, a blog and new image gallery see this site redefined.

Denis and the guys at Offroad Adventures are starting to take the web by storm!

The first of these is Harris Mountain Heliski. The redesign was taken care of by the team at Tidy Design in Wanaka, which we helped adapt into the website.

Our adventures get you away from the maddening crowds into areas most people will never visit, enjoying some peaceful quiet moments, photo stops galore and friendly, informative commentary.

Waiheke Island is just a short boat ride from Auckland and due to its location offers some of New Zealand’s most exclusive real estate.

Park Point is a new development on an expansive peninsula that offers unbelievable views back towards the city and over the harbour. The website looks to capture the exclusive nature of the Park Point project, now in its second stage of development. The clean lines and accent on the great photography provide the viewer with an uncluttered taste of what make Park Point so special.

The site acts as an online booking system for holiday home accommodation on Waiheke Island. The fresh clean layout makes it easy to browse the property listings and walk through a booking process. Each property has an image slideshow, Google maps and a list of facilities. All these feature can be administrated via the backend by the team at Waiheke, giving them ultimate control to add new properties and keep existing ones up to date.

The other important aspect of this project is the optimization service we have offered Waiheke Accom since before the new site went live. Due to the competitive nature of the holiday home rental market in Waiheke the position of the site in the Google rankings is obviously very important. Waiheke have used a combination of paid advertising and organic search engine optimization to secure a foothold on page one of the ranking results.

Work on the new Alpine Choppers site is continuing and so far feedback has been really positive since the site went live. We now have hard data to suggest that the international audience agrees as well.

Our recent SEO work on the site has easily doubled visitor numbers to the site and people tend to stick around once they get there checking out the great images and videos on the site.

We recently made a YouTube video on our video channel so that world can see what great secrets are out there if you have a helicopter at your disposal.

With attention focussing on Brandcom after their recent win of the Emerging Business Award at the NZ Marketing Awards, the business needed a website to showcase their projects (pronto!).

Gate 20 Two is a new, boutique wine making business situated at the base of the spectacular gold diggings in Felton Rd. Bannockburn in Central Otago. They came to Kelpdesign to develop their online presence, distribution and marketing channels.

Telling the story.

We were intrigued by their story – exactly how do you develop of a boutique vineyard? So we thought this would be interesting to share with other people through the website. Using an easy content management system to update their website, Gate 20 Two tell their story direct from the vineyard.

Distributing the product.

There are many e-commerce solutions out there, and while we’re well versed in the most enterprise on the market, we listened to the needs of Gate 20 Two and integrated a simple low cost PayPal option on their website.

Spreading the word.

In order to let the wine connoisseurs of New Zealand know that the Gate 20 Two tipple was ready and available, we set up a simple email template which integrated with email distribution package (this takes care of anti-spam laws and things like that). Now Gate 20 Two can manage mailing lists of subscribers and keep in contact with customers or those wishing to keep up to date with what’s happening on the vineyard.

Roscos came to us for brand and web presence. This included a re-brand exercise, photography, logo change, video footage, so adventurers can see in depth experiences they can enjoy in Milford. It’s about getting out into the backcountry of NZ, cruising around and exploring.

…and automating the booking process

We also integrated a real time booking system provided by our partner RTBS live, so people can now book trips direct from the site.

Through changing the face of Roscos Milford Kayaks, the way the company is branded and driving people toward the automated booking process has reduced the handling in the office of up to 40% to see the products offered and to book.

The interactive elements included diary style information; so that’s the blog and the news information. We created specific categories so if someone has an interest in one section of the business they’ll see the news particular to that sport.
